Trystin Cote

Graduate Student

Trystin graduated from The University of Connecticut with a BSE in Biomedical Engineering in Spring 2023. He is a new PhD student in Dr. Yupeng Chen’s Nanomedicine Lab focusing on therapeutic drug delivery for osteoarthritis with involvement in various other projects. During his time here, he hopes to continue gaining experience both in the lab and in teaching.

When he’s not in the lab, Trystin enjoys advocating for LGBTQ+ incision in STEM, spending time at the beach, shopping for plants and reef keeping.
